How To Use It

This powder is lovely to use. I bought Satin Blanc which is a perfect colour for my neutral skin undertone. Being of a certain vintage!, I have problems with some loose powders on my slightly dry skin, but Prisme Libre makes it looks flawless, and it lasts all day. I may get the mini or the pressed powder now I know how much I love this.

I haven't worn L'Interdit for quite a while, but thanks to the recent TV advert, I thought I'd try it again.This is a gorgeous perfume with a lovely floral scent, but with a patchouli base that makes it slightly woody and not too sweet. It lasts all day and I can still smell it on me hours later. I wore it the other day for a friend's birthday lunch, and got a lot of compliments. Escentual was the best price, and it arrived very quickly.

I already had the Elasticizer with the same fragrance which I love, so I thought I'd treat myself to the matching shampoo and conditioner. I don't have fine limp hair, but I do have greasy roots with dry ends, and this works very well. It leaves my hair soft and smooth, but unfortunately, the fragrance does disappear very quickly. It's fairly expensive compared to other conditioners I use, so it'll only get used every two washes or so.

I bought this to use with the Elasticizer that has the same fragrance which is lovely. It's a weightless shampoo, and although I don't have limp or fine hair, I find that it does give it an extra boost, and leaves it nice and soft. I live in a hard water area so some shampoos don't lather that well, but this works very well. I was surprised at how runny it is. The first time I used it I poured out FAR more than I needed, so I found a pump that fits the container. I bought it when it was on special offer, but even thought it's a nice shampoo, I doubt I'd pay the full price for 500ml.

I love, Love Story.

I was given a 2ml sample of this a while ago. I liked it, but then forgot about it until I found it in the bottom of a handbag. I had a quick squirt before going out, and the BFF asked what I was wearing and said it was gorgeous. So I decided to buy a 50ml bottle. And I love it. It's a bit more floral than I usually wear and quite delicate, but the musk and cedarwood notes just lift it from being too flowery. It lasts quite well on me too, which a lot of fragrances don't, and the bottle is so pretty.

I don't need a full cleanse and tone first thing in the mornings; I leave that for taking my make-up off at night, so this lovely lightweight foam is ideal for me and enough to clean my skin from the nightly skincare. It's very gentle and because it's soap free, it doesn't dry out or irritate my skin, it has a very nice light fragrance and is very refreshing.

Although I don't have a sensitive skin, I much prefer this product which is probably the nicest of the buffing products I've used. The jojoba microbeads are gentle and hardly noticeable. I use it a couple of times a week and it leaves my skin really soft and smoith.

Even though I have a normal/combination skin, most gel cleansers dry it out to the point where it feels quite taught. This doesn't, and I have no problems with it at all. I keep it in the shower to wash my face in the mornings, and it leaves my skin feeling really fresh.

I just love Caudalie.

I bought this mainly because of the Beauty Elixir spray which I love. It leaves my skin feeling so fresh and ready for make-up. The other two items were an added bonus. I really like the cleansing gel which I will definitely buy in the full size. The detox mask is a little drying on my skin, so I'm not too sure about that. This is certainly a good deal pricewise, and enables you to try two Caudalie products without paying extra.
